Especially at a newborn session. There are 2 factors that play into this. We like babies to be well fed because as we all know, a full tummy makes us sleepy. Just check the couches after Christmas lunch if you ever need proof of this! 

So we have a little baby with a little tummy that is loaded up with delicious milk. Some goes in... some will (sooner or later) come out. And heres where it gets tricky - newborn photography sessions are about sweet little NAKED babies!  We set ourselves up for the fall here. I know, it doesnt really make sense... until this:

See? Its worth it. So heads up, there is about a 95% chance that you and I will get bombed in one way or another at a newborn session, but hey, it happens! Indeed it's expected. And the lasting fact is that we dont even care because this:
